Fall Semester

·            Welcome Weekend, August 23 thru 26 – Welcome back the students with a full weekend of dance activities, Thursday through Sunday. 

·            Saturday, September 15 –  Square Dance with Paul Williams calling, Jacobetti Veterans’ Center on Fisher St.  7 PM; $10 per couple.

·            Saturday, September 22 –Open dance with Derrell Syria and Friends playing at Dance Zone.  7:00-10:30 PM.  $6 per person; $2 for FT students.

Family Dance

Geared toward children of all ages.  Bring the kids, parents, grandparents, cousins.  You decide what constitutes your family.  We will offer 4 weekly classes on our time schedule.  $20 includes four lessons for the family.

Square Dance

$25 per couple

In these six lessons you can learn the basic square dance steps that will allow you to get on the floor in any social dance situation.  We will study the modern Western square dance style, with a little country and contra dance thrown in.  This class is more suitable for adults than children.  $25 per couple for the entire class.

Wedding Choreography (includes original choreography to your choice of first song.)

Learn to dance rather than just shuffle around the floor for your first dance as a married couple.  We will choreograph (or help you to choreograph) using a dance style that fits in with your choice of first song.  We will also take into consideration your dance level and experience in the choreography.  The four lessons will prepare you to make a good impression on your family and friends.  $250 for the package.
